Reiko Ng
Chair
Reiko is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College. She takes the subject combination of Biology, Computing, Mathematics and Economics. She found out about the world of Model United Nations last year and quickly grew fascinated with the concept of being able to learn more about world politics. Furthermore, it had seemed like the perfect way for her to step outside her comfort zone, try something different, and refine her critical thinking skills. Outside of school, Reiko likes to complete DIY kits and cycle. She hopes that the participants of Singapore Model Cabinet 2026 will have a fun time, develop their soft skills, and know more about international relations.

Liu Aibai
Chair
Aibai is a second-year student at Victoria Junior College who takes a rather unconventional subject combination of China studies in English, Literature, Economics and Mathematics. Aibai’s Model United Nations journey began after joining iGlobe, with the realization of the relevance of current affairs in Junior College. When not scrambling to catch up with her school work , Aibai can be found exploring her interests in binge-watching the same few comfort movies and reading good books. Through Singapore Model Cabinet 2026, she hopes to hone her leadership skills, and for participants to enjoy themselves while honing their critical thinking skills.
Aibai can be contacted at smc2026cabA@gmail.com
Kontain Raktham
Chair
Raktham, known as Theo, is a second-year Geography, Economics, English Literature and Mathematics (GELM) student at Victoria Junior College, a college “by the sea,” although the only sea around him is wanting to be in every Model United Nations conference leadership role. Having competed in Singapore, Thailand, and South Korea, he aims to keep growing internationally. Once taking triple-science and history, he did an abrupt change in subject combinations to GELM. Yet, three (3) things stay constant: writing numbers in contractual form, collecting every personality in the Netflix-based game “Thronglets,” and seeking cute aesthetics. In Singapore Model Cabinet 2026, ask yourself: Do you realize, in certain situations, that if you do not come to a compromise, you may be caught in a compromise?
Raktham can be contacted at smc2026cabB@gmail.com
N Remila
Head Chair
Remila is a second-year Arts student at Victoria Junior College, taking the combination of History, English Literature, Tamil Language and Mathematics. She loves learning new things each day. Remila started her Model United Nations (MUN) journey in 2024 out of pure curiosity. Now, she still continues to attend as many MUN conferences as she can due to her eagerness to gain new perspectives and to forge bonds with people of similar interests. If she is not buried deep within piles of schoolwork, she will be found playing her guitar and flute or just snacking away. She also has a great interest in building lego. As the Head Chair, she hopes that Singapore Model Cabinet 2026 will serve as a platform for participants to express their views without hesitation while also creating lasting memories through newfound friendships.
Remila can be contacted at smc2026cabB@gmail.com
Wong Yi Xuan, Zelia
Chair
Zelia is in her second year at Victoria Junior college taking History, Economics, Literature and Mathematics. She is someone that immensely loves learning about History, and actively tries to learn historical facts outside of the classroom. She has not spent much time participating in Model United Nations conferences, but she thoroughly enjoys meeting new people and learning more about the political system in different countries. Outside of the classroom, you will find her spending time with her friends, going out and exploring Singapore. If she is not out and about, she’s probably in a climbing gym, obsessing over plastic rocks, as she prepares for her next climbing competition. Now as a Chair, she hopes that the representatives will participate actively and forge meaningful connections.
Zelia can be contacted at smc2026cabB@gmail.com
Rahish Rauther
Chair
Rahish is a second-year Humanities student at Victoria Junior College, taking Geography, Economics, Literature and Mathematics. He is fuelled by an endless curiosity about places and the stories that shape them. His journey into Model United Nations began when he realised that it was the perfect blend of debate and diplomacy. Outside of academics, Rahish can be found photographing wildlife, experimenting with toy photography, or planning his next birdwatching trip (usually far too early in the morning). Through Singapore Model Cabinet 2026, he hopes that representatives can gain fresh perspectives, form meaningful connections, and enjoy every moment of the experience.
Rahish can be contacted at smc2026cabB@gmail.com
Loh Sheng En Lauren
Head Chair
Lauren is a second-year Arts student at Victoria Junior College who juggles memorising content in China Studies in English (CSE), History, Economics, as well as Mathematics. She first ventured into the world of Model United Nations through an interest in geopolitics, tactical negotiations (through watching Obi Wan Kenobi in Star Wars), as well as policies that shape societal governance. When not being stressed about academics (aka 99% of the time), Lauren enjoys listening to movie songs, taking pictures of various flora and fauna (namely her dog) across the world, as well as reading anything that catches her eye. She hopes that through Singapore Model Cabinet 2026, representatives will learn how to engage in productive discussion and strategic negotiations to unite diverse viewpoints, and ultimately enjoy themselves!
Lauren can be contacted at smc2026cabC@gmail.com
Megan Lu Min
Chair
Megan is a second-year student at Victoria Junior College who takes Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Literature. She started wanting to learn more about Model United Nations (MUNs) because of her growing interest in global affairs. In her free time, Megan likes to play rhythm games, and spend time with her friends. She hopes that everyone will have an awesome time sharing their own perspectives, gaining new ones, and forging lasting friendships at Singapore Model Cabinet 2026!
Megan can be contacted at smc2026cabC@gmail.com
Jillen Ng Jie En
Head Chair
Jillen is a second-year Arts student at Victoria Junior College pursuing the rarely seen subject combination of China Studies in English, English Literature, Economics and Mathematics. Being a forward looking person, although nervous of an uncertain job market, she remains steadfast, a quality she brings to all her endeavours. In fact, she was initially intimidated by the world of Model United Nations (MUN). However, driven by her passion for politics and current affairs (especially the geopolitical drama that is the current USA politics) and desire to sharpen her oratorical skills, she stepped up as the Head Chair for her Cabinet. Outside of habitually checking through her 10 news subscriptions daily, she journals incessantly, writes social commentary, volunteers, and can be found immersing herself in nature walks (which is really just around her block). As Head Chair, she hopes to cultivate a supportive and enriching environment for participants of all calibers to learn and step out of their comfort zone, as well as facilitate stimulating discourse at Singapore Model Cabinet 2026.
Jillen can be contacted at smc2026cabD@gmail.com
Tai Xin Yan
Chair
Xin Yan is a second-year hybrid-stream student bravely juggling History, Chemistry, Economics, and Mathematics — a subject combination she sometimes regrets, but mostly flexes. Her Model United Nations (MUN) journey started after Model Conference Of Parties 2024 awakened something in her (most likely trauma, but also passion), and winning Best Delegate at Dunman High ASEAN Plus Summit earlier this year only convinced her that she might actually know what she is doing. This year, she decided to level up and try chairing — partly out of curiosity, partly for the experience, and partly because she secretly enjoys watching representatives panic under timed unmods. Outside of MUN and drowning in her Student Council work, Xin Yan can usually be found hanging out with friends, dancing, watching films and rating them on Letterboxd, eating all the Chinese food in Singapore, listening to music, or doing math voluntarily (yes, voluntarily). As a Chair of Singapore Model Cabinet 2026, she hopes that participants walk away with not just greater confidence, but also enjoy the fun, chaotic, and enriching taste of what the MUN world has to offer.
Xin Yan can be contacted at smc2026cabD@gmail.com
Ar Man Min
Chair
Man Min is a second-year Arts student taking Geography, Mathematics, Economics and Theatre Studies and Drama. He is incredibly passionate about drama and theatre, having attended multiple plays in the past. He also holds a deep passion for current affairs and debate, so hearing that Model United Nations (MUN) combined the two intrigued him enough to join. He has certainly not regretted it since, going from not knowing what the Rules of Procedure was to gaining more confidence in MUN conferences. In his free time, Man Min loves to watch films such as Paddington and anime such as Attack On Titan and Chainsaw Man, play games such as Elden Ring and Wuthering Waves, and listen to new music albums and genres (although he always turns back to hiphop and shoegaze). He loves to rate and write raving reviews about them afterwards too, whether in his digital journal or on Letterboxd. He hopes to one day make his own movie. Through Singapore Model Cabinet 2026, he hopes to help participants find the joy and knowledge he had gained from MUNs.
Man Min can be contacted at smc2026cabD@gmail.com
Ishaan Krishnan
Head Chair
Ishaan is a second-year student at Victoria Junior College taking the rather standard Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Economics combination. He first joined the Model United Nations circuit out of curiosity and a genuine interest in how policies take shape behind the scenes. What began as a simple attempt to try something new eventually drew him into the world of Singapore Model Cabinet (SMC), where he is a Head Chair. Ishaan enjoys the challenge of making complex issues engaging and believes that good discussions come from pushing representatives slightly out of their comfort zone. He hopes that SMC 2026 will give participants a space to think sharper, speak bolder and learn to navigate difficult scenarios with confidence. When he is not dealing with academics or Cabinet matters, Ishaan can often be found on the tennis court, at the gym, or trying to squeeze in a quick chess game during breaks. Through this year’s conference, he hopes representatives leave with not just new skills, but new friendships as well.
Ishaan can be contacted at smc2026cabE@gmail.com
Issac Cheng Kun Zhi
Chair
Isaac is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College who believes that learning never stops. He joined Model United Nations (MUN) in 2025 out of curiosity about global issues and a desire to challenge himself in a new environment. Since then, MUN has given him valuable exposure to diplomacy and public speaking. Outside of his academics, Isaac pursues his interest in social media publicity and enjoys creating engaging content. As part of Singapore Model Cabinet 2026, he hopes representatives will gain confidence in expressing their opinions, think critically about the issues discussed, and build meaningful friendships throughout the conference.
Issac can be contacted at smc2026cabE@gmail.com
Chloe Eng
Head Chair
Chloe is a second-year History, Economics, English Literature and Mathematics student with an interest in philosophy, theology, and all things human. Ironically, her best subjects in secondary school were Biology and Mathematics. Her first experience in Model United Nations (MUN) was in secondary school, where it felt like an out of reach thing only smart people go to. She has since found a curiosity in such MUNs, and is excited to be chairing the Singapore Model Cabinet (SMC) this year! In her free time, Chloe finds joy in reading, sleeping, and thrifting. Her wish for SMC 2026 is that it will be a fun and engaging experience, not just for delegates but also her fellow chairs. Cheers!
Chloe can be contacted at smc2026cabA@gmail.com
Harshini Srinivasan
Chair
Harshini is a second-year student at Victoria Junior College studying the peculiar Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Geography subject combination. Harshini picked up an interest in Model United Nations following a desire to learn more about global affairs in real world contexts and has gained many new insights through joining her CCA, iGlobe, over the past year. She is a firm believer in enjoying what you do and that "we will figure it out" and hopes that representatives will also adopt a similar mindset as they navigate through Singapore Model Cabinet 2026.
Harshini can be contacted at smc2025cabA@gmail.com
Mohan Nivetha
Chair
Nivetha is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College, where she studies Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics. She first ventured into Model United Nations (MUN) in 2023, driven by a desire to sharpen her critical thinking and refine her oratorical skills. Her MUN journey began with Singapore Model Cabinet (SMC) 2023, and she is thrilled to return for SMC 2026, eager to engage with new representatives and hear fresh perspectives. Outside of her academics (and the occasional doomscrolling session), Nivetha enjoys playing the piano and unwinding with true crime shows. She hopes that SMC 2026 will be an enriching and memorable experience for all participants, inspiring them to broaden their horizons and think more deeply about the world around them.
Nivetha can be contacted at smc2025cabE@gmail.com
Poddar Yash
Chair
Yash is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College, navigating the thrilling world of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics. He first dipped his toes into Model United Nations three years ago, craving a break from textbooks and formulas—only to discover a passion for sharp debates and global chaos. Now, as a chair for Singapore Model Cabinet (SMC) 2026, he crafts study guides with the precision of a pit stop crew in the midst of a Formula 1 race. Outside of SMC, Yash lives for the roar of engines, glued to Formula 1 races and bleeding Ferrari red through every heartbreaking season. Calm and collected, he hopes SMC representatives leave with new friendships, unforgettable memories, and the kind of fun that makes late-night research worth it.
Yash can be contacted at smc2026cabC@gmail.com
Aurelia Keisha Rahman
Chair
Keisha is a second-year student at Victoria Junior College, currently balancing Chemistry, Biology, Economics, and Mathematics. Keisha’s journey into the world of Model United Nations (MUN) began in 2025.She finds current affairs very fascinating and as part of her MUN journey, she also strengthened both her critical thinking and public speaking skills. When left with time to spare, Keisha can be seen spending time with her family and friends, watching a new show, or drawing. Through Singapore Model Cabinet 2026 she hopes representatives will leave with newly found confidence, knowledge, and strong friendships formed from the conference.
Keisha can be contacted at smc2026cabC@gmail.com
Chan Jie Yao Jerome
Chair
Jerome is a second-year student in the Science stream, taking Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics. He wandered into Model United Nations (MUNs) out of curiosity and stayed because he enjoyed the chaos of debate. Becoming a chair felt natural, mostly because he likes having a front-row seat to intellectual arguments .Outside of MUN, Jerome loves telling puns—mostly to himself but also to anyone willing (or unwilling) to listen—because the joy of a good groan is oddly satisfying. He spends time cooking dishes that sometimes turn out edible and sings karaoke with great enthusiasm and zero pitch control. His friends say confidence is not a substitute for talent, but Jerome prefers to rise above the noise—mostly because he’s the one making it.
For the Singapore Model Conference 2026, Jerome hopes participants leave with sharper thinking, stronger voices, and at least one debate moment they will laugh about later. Most importantly, he wants everyone to have fun, because conferences are infinitely better when people speak bravely, laugh freely, and leave feeling just a little more themselves.
Jerome can be contacted at smc2026cabD@gmail.com
Loh Ming Zhe Marc
Chair
Marc is a second-year student at Victoria Junior College taking the rather dull and basic subject combination of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Economics. After almost a year’s hiatus from the Model United Nations circuit, Marc returns this time in an organising capacity in Singapore Model Cabinet (SMC) 2026, working to make this unique conference one for the history books. Contrary to what others may write in their blurb, Marc hopes that representatives find SMC a little bit more on the difficult side, as it is only in tough situations that our true potential shines.
